What I'm Up To:
Full transparency: April started strong, my 90 day self challenge to create big change in my life was flowing beautifully and I felt powerful and unstoppable! Then I got sick, life had other plans for a week, and I ended up spending most of it resting, snoozing and nourishing body. I’m okay with this! I’m grateful for the life I’ve created and this business that allows me the freedom to get sick, take time to recover, put myself first and still know it’s growing and working in the background!
Of course, it’s had it’s challenging moments where I’ve felt bad for not “doing more”, for “being lazy”, for “dropping the ball”, (hellllllooo limiting beliefs and old programming) so ultimately I know this is where The Work was for my personal development journey, so I leant into that and it’s really been a wildly successful time of self love, reflection and deeply choosing myself and my long term vision.
Still, I’ve showed up and connected with my community and team when I can, another thing I’m deeply grateful for; that this opportunity and business has connected me to women on similar journeys, growing through similar challenges that are there and so fucking willing to offer support and reassurance. I’ve been doing the free training where I feel up to retaining information and creating bits of content when I feel called. All big wins!
